noah centineo has been in the acting business for quite some time, but has shot to insane levels of popularity only after playing peter kavinsky in to all the boys i’ve loved before.
anyone stopped to ask why?
because peter kavinsky was a boy who knew how to treat girls. he didn’t once disrespect or make fun of any one. even though he and lara jean were then only pretend-dating, he made her feel comfortable. he was actually considerate when talking about her mum. he didn’t love her just for show. he tried to make her let go of her insecurities. he agreed to respect her ways. he didn’t go around telling everyone when he first received her letter. he told her she was never second best. he was interested in honest conversations. he never made her feel left-out. he made efforts to please lara jean, he saved her a seat on the bus. he wrote her notes. he got along with her sister. he got his guard down and was rationally emotionally vulnerable. he didn’t try to shy away from the situation when the video leaked. he became a friend first, then her lover. he genuinely appreciated her.
no wonder everyone loves him. how many high school boys like him would you find today? chivalry still holds a very special room in every girl’s heart.
noah personally too has a charming personality. he gets along amazingly well with lana and his body language exhibits both respect and love. he established that him and lana aren’t dating, but goes on to say stuff like “because we love each other, duh.” he cultivated a genuine friendship. boys and girls can be just friends too. it doesn’t always have to be romantic. his attitude towards everything in general has made loving him a hundred percent valid.

coral: smelling of the sea, spontaneous thoughts that are blurted out, craving chocolate, laughing a bit too much, storytelling, procrastination, watching the sun come up, new stationary
bubblegum: taffeta skirts and converse, cotton candy,black hair, laughing and sobbing, going to a diner at 2am, looking at the moon, loving rain and roses, dark lipstick, disappearing randomly, easily anxious, nostalgia
rosewood: blinking a bit when sunlight floods your room, silk dresses, living in a cottage, big hugs, messy braided crowns, giggling even when the cat hisses at you, soft lights, sticky fingers from honeycomb, dawn, vanilla, long surnames, needing alone time
blush: a little sleepy, going to the airport, watching old films in black and white, clouds in the sky, long care rides, embroidery, happy to see your dog, competitive, staring into space, stained coffee mugs
magenta: going on a picnic, learning languages, old cities, being a bit too apathetic, mascara, catching a glimpse of a stag in the forest, being organized, napping early in the evening, distracted by dogs, long, handwritten letters
If getting caught in a rainstorm is what you need to clear your head and work through your crazy thoughts or problems, then that’s what you need to do. Or maybe it’s going for a run in the middle of the night or locking yourself in your bedroom with candles and a record. But whatever it is to you, it’s called self care and it’s necessary and it’s the most important thing you can do for yourself when you feel like your mind is taken over by clouds. And most importantly, it can be whatever you want it to be and it doesn’t involve anyone else.

• Stretch your arms/legs a bit
• Take a break from the screen for at least 30 seconds

• Sit up straight and move to a position which allows you to maintain your posture
